Our founder, Lina, spent over 15 years as a hair stylist working for beauty brands and as an independent contractor. She was very hardworking and created a name for herself which eventually led her to booth rental and building her own clientele.
During this time, she realized that she had no benefits and little room for growth. On top of that, it was a competitive environment and steady income was hard to come by.
She always dreamed of having a salon with a group of stylists where everyone worked together and helped each other grow. A stylist-first environment where you were pushed to be the best you can be. A friendly, family-like environment. Lina’s dream blossomed into LashBar and she made sure these ideals were built into the culture and brand of every LashBar location.
