All cancellations or changes must be made 24hrs prior to the appointment to avoid cancellation fees. Any cancellations or changes within 24hrs will be charged 50% of booked services. No shows will be charged 100% of the service price. Any modifications or cancellations made to appointments booked the same day must be made within an hour of booking to avoid change/cancellation fees. Cancellations must be done by Phone Call. Voicemails are accepted.Our late policy: Any lash extension appointments that are more than 15 minutes late may be subject to rescheduling/cancellation with fees. For Lash Lifts, Brow Lamination, or any Highbrows, it's important not to be late as this service requires the full allotted time for completion. No show/rescheduling/cancellation fee may apply.
