What made you start doing lashes?

I've always had a love for beauty, and I started wearing strip lashes pretty early on from growing up watching countless YouTube makeup tutorials. When I started esthetician school a few years ago, eyelash extensions were just becoming more popular. At the time, trying something so detailed and intricate seemed impossible, but after giving it a go, I quickly realized that the attention to detail and focus needed to apply lash extensions was something that I enjoyed. After 7 years of lashing, I can confidently say that feeling will never go away.

What should guests expect from a service from you?

The comfortability of my clients is always one of my top priorities while performing any service. I try my best to create a calming, safe, and relaxing environment for everyone by listening to their individual needs, and providing my professional opinions when needed. I have formed some really beautiful friendships throughout my lashing career, and getting to meet so many awesome women is one of my favorite parts of my job. Whether you want to come in and nap, vent about life, or listen to your own podcast/music, I'm happy to accommodate!

What do you love most about lashes?

For me, the most fulfilling aspect of being a lash artist is getting to be a witness to how beautiful my clients feel after getting their lashes done. It makes my heart smile when my client looks in the mirror and adore the way their eyelash extensions complement their features. It brings me so much joy being able to help others feel good about themselves, and there is no better feeling than knowing my clients are leaving LashBar feeling more confident than when they walked in.
